Title: Developer/Consultant
Period: August 2001 - June 2002
Summary:
Responsible for implementing CRSR department's website (opened June 2002). Designed and built entire site, including administration system for controlling user accounts and password access. Entire system was written in Javascript and Perl. Consulted on future plans for the department's web initiative and further development of the site. Site is private; available for demonstration in interview only.

Designed and implemented new functionality as well as perform maintenance and upgrades to backend software on the company's sites. (ApartmentSource.com, RoommateClick.com) with ASP (Classic and .Net) and SQL Server 2000. Wrote several user applications in VB6; VB.Net, and C#; applications written included list server software; bounced mail parsers, and system monitoring tools among other work. Summary:
Worked on large scale CRM system specializing in corporate financial data. Worked on client interfaces (using a combination of VB.Net, handcoded HTML and Javascript). Worked on rewriting parts of architecture for cross browser compatibility, rewriting many of the native ASP controls from the ground up (mostly in C#) to generate cross browser DOM compliant Javascript (Firefox) and to be completely compatible with existing control's API. Wrote highly optimized SQL (SQL Server 2000) and serverside code(VB.Net, C#) to make sure web pages were served to clients fast in a high usage environment.
